Start with 6 scoops. Mix in 4-6oz of water and drink 30-60min after a meal. You want to feel your normal self or even better. If you experience a downgrade, headache, fatigue, bowel issues, etc... you need a higher dose. Take 9 scoops. Go up to 12 or more if needed until you feel fine. 

If you're feeling good on 6, stay there for a month. The next month try going down to 5 and then 4. IF you're good on 4 I recommend staying there for a while before moving down to 3.
